In 0.60 I have driven quite some time, and I loved it! :D
The only thing which was real annoying for me, was not knowing which the gear the car was in.
I always had to switch back to the gear between reverse and 1, (I don't know what it is in English)
The sound would change when the car was in that gear...
I think you need to be able to tell the gear (without switching to the steady one)
Find a car
Repair the car
Drive it
Get confused about the gear (IMPORTANT STEP)
Start switching gears desperately
Find the gear for reverse or steady (If you'll ever find it)
Start the engine again and start driving again
