Was playing with a friend last night and at one point he was wearing a yellow rain coat. From my perspective the coat was not rendering and simply showed his character with a T-shirt on.

- Observe character in 1st/3rd person

I dont know the state that the rain coat was in (ie worn, pristine, etc.)
