All items have oversized font however some items with longer names have actions which are truncated due to font size

Steps To Reproduce
This depends on the number of characters in the name of the item and what action your character is attempting to perform.
For Example: Red Hoodie
- Find Item (eg Red Hoodie)
- Attempt to patch red hoodie with sewing kit
- Right click to display actions
- Action to "Patch Red Hoodie with Sewing Kit" is truncated due to font size

I have also noticed this bug when splitting a branch into thirds. Im sure there are numerous other examples as well.
