AI helicopter makes full stop instead of moving to the next waypoint

Description

When you have an AI helicopter with move waypoints the helicopter virtually makes a full stop at each waypoint instead of moving immediately to the next waypoint.
This is even true if waypoint timeout is set to [0,0,0].

Expected behaviour would be no stop if it has another waypoint and no timeout (I'm pretty sure that this was the case in older Arma 3 versions, at least in A2).

A helicopter has a move waypoint at the player position and a second further away.
The helicopter stops at the player position instead of moving to the next waypoint immediately.
