All the Concrete Floor Plate Meshes are floating about half a meter in the sky at Zelenogorsk's Military Compound in the most recent experimental patch of 0.61.

That should get fixed before hitting stable since it is not only looking redicilous but blocking access to most buildings without crouching underneath those floating concrete plates.
