After clearItemCargoGlobal is executed JIP clients will not see weapons that are still left in the box.
Weapons are actually still in the box because getWeaponCargo has weapons on the server. Other non-JIP clients see weapons too.

Steps To Reproduce
Load repro mission on the server.
Open the box.
Look for weapon.
Leave server. Rejoin.
Open the box.
Weapon is not there.
