Hello,
this issue is caused by the Windows update KB3078601. You can either uninstall the update or wait for Microsoft to release a fixed version of the update.
At this time there is nothing we can do to prevent the issue, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello ONYX,
did you restarted the computer after you've uninstalled the update? Windows will keep it loaded until next restart (because they can't remove or change the files while they are used by other programs).
