Hello,
the logs shows that you have wrong files in your game folder - some of them belong to a different version of the game than others and that is causing the error.
I'd suggest you to do following:
- Find Launcher folder in D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\ and delete it.
- Verify integrity of the game cache using Steam client to re-download the files:
- Open Steam.
- From the Library section, right-click on "Arma 3" and select Properties from the menu.
- Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
- Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
