Are you experiencing these issues on Tanoa or on other terrains too?
It seems you PC runs out of resources when running the game (and other processes), however this should end up in the game crashing rather than resetting your PC.
I would start with checking the OS for any corrupt files and updating all the drivers to the latest stable version.
