I get a "Mission Failed : Friendly fire will not be tolerated" almost immediately after loading auto-saves and user saves. Restarting the mission gets rid of it but as soon as I die and revert I get the message. This has happened on multiple missions. No friendly fire that I noticed.

Steps To Reproduce
I quit out of the mission and click resume, no luck. I restart the game and click resume, no luck. Only restarting the mission let's me play again, but as soon as I revert I get the failure message.

Hello,
if you are experiencing this issue in Preventive Diplomacy mission, please try to switch to the development or RC branch.
This issue was resolved some time back and fix is currently available in those branches and will be available in next main/stable update.
If you are experiencing this issue in a different mission, please let me know which mission that is.
