setCaptive without global effects

Hi!

I runned several tests, it seems setCaptive no longer has global effects so it has to be remoteExec'ed on every client for the same unit in order to be effective.

Tested in MP dedi with enemy AI near (no more then 20 meters) they allaways attack if not solved with remoteExec.
