Lost gear/tents - possible persistence issue?
New, NormalPublic

Description

Hi Guys
have been maintaining a small tent base in the far corner of the map by the beach west of Kamenka.
Server details as follows:
Gameservers.com server DayZ AU 2-0 (133913) - IP address 108.61.227.113:2303
tents were fully stocked with gear - ammo, food, weapons etc and have been operating perfectly for probably two weeks now.
Logged out the night before inside one of the tents. Logged in as normal last night (approx 20:00 hours Australian EST) into the same server and discovered both tents and gear had all completely vanished. All gear on my character appeared to be still there and persistent OK.

have not been able to reproduce as yet as don't have any tents to try to do it.

Additional Information

Not a huge deal in the overall scheme of things but logged it as major only because to me at least, the ramifications of not being able to trust persistence with tents and gear made the whole exercise completely worthless in collecting it all in the first place.

Most tents i have seen have been there 2 weeks after looking when i went back to the server about 4 barrels missing of mine, and 6 other tents all poofed that where normally there. It is very possible we had the ddos attacks effecting the database and resetting things. GSP has moved to put in better ddos attacking hardware.

Because 1 changes the value of 5 it is very possible something else effected why those storage containers are missing. The simple "They have been found" owners removed them, or "They have been picked up and destroyed" Seems to be the best solutions.

It is also possible of a database persistence error because most of the tents and barrels where missing all on 1 day.
