Often times I will find a new car spawn and before I get in I will see that according to the car's inventory that all 4 tires are Pristine in condition. When I drive the car it behaves as if the tires are damaged, pulling to one direction. After I remove the pristine wheels and repair them the car drives fine. and the repaired tires show Worn.

I believe this also applies to other vehicle types. I think this is because by default the vehicle spawns load a Pristine vehicle and only after a few seconds does it update to whatever actual condition it's in. For some reason the visual appearance changes from new to used but when you approach the vehicle and look at it via Tab it doesn't always update.
