Bug With Launcher

Description

Hello there, When I'm trying to launch Arma 3 I'm encountering a bug with the launcher. When i click 'Play' on steam it starts Arma3Launcher.exe but as a background process. I've tried several different 'Solutions' but none of them seem to help my problem.
I have the Log of when i open Arma if that helps.

Hello,
could you please try to start Launcher in Safe-mode: https://arma3.com/launcher/troubleshooting ?

Also could you please get the Launcher logs manually and upload them here: http://arma.jiripolasek.com/howtos.html

When i tried to launch it is Safe mode the same thing happened when i launched it normally. Here's the Logs
