1. Play any Mission from APEX campaign (for me it was the last mission)
2. When you die, and you are in the respawn option, go into normal game Menu (via ESC)
3. Press Save(which normally isnt available during gameplay
4. After save it will shown an error (cant remember anymore what it said)
5. Next time you start game and go into campaign, it will shown an error and you wont see the campaign in list anymore

One way i was able to "fix" it was changing profile, seems the issue is stuck to the saves on the one profile
