Sometimes I get instand hypothermia, without beeing hot or overheathed before. Then it takes like an hour sitting naked in a lake to cool me down. Thats too long. 5 minuts should be realistic. I also died once of hypothermia. I was energized and hydrated and from one moment to the other "you are dead".
