This is true, and if you try to drag it to your inventory it seems to glitch you out.
Also afterwards a single slot in your inventory can glitch out too. Best to log off and log back in to stabilize the pot.
Exactly happened to me today, and seems to be when a unstable server even in exp .60++ has the same effect.
