I've heard that people have had the same problem and some of it has been because of spacedesk... I had space desk, completely uninstalled it then rebooted then completely uninstalled arma 3 and steam then rebooted then installed both back and rebooted and that didn't work i get the same errors and I don't have an antivirus and my firewall isn't blocking it.
