Description

Flares didn't illuminate enough since early A3 alpha.
However the new visual upgrade made this even worse as can be seen in the imgur album.

Steps To Reproduce

Place player in editor with overcast to 1 and daytime to midnight.
Use a grenadier or arsenal to add 40mm flares and observe.

Additional Information

Should be a minor tweak done in 2 minutes by a drunk intern.
