Since apex release, every time I launch the game I get to the Arma 3 full screen and my system locks up. I have updated all my AMD drivers and have verified game files on steam with no success. I'm not using any third party launchers or running any mods.

Hello,
as far as I can see you are using some modified startup parameter tweaks.
Just for once please unmark all parameter settings in the Arma 3 Launcher. Maybe some of these settings cause some trouble.
After you have unmarked all parameter settings, try to restart the game. I really hope it helps.
For me I am just using the "No Splash" parameter because all the other settings (especially modified RAM, CPU Threads, VRAM and Allocator settings) caused some trouble in past.
