Arma 3 sets the trigger as z axis, so both can not be pressed at the same time. This was previously fixed by using xpadder by treating it like keyboard keys. Ever since the Apex update, Arma now overrides this and treats it like an axis, even when the controller is disabled and xpadder is running.
