Noticed something odd when starting the launcher today, all workshop mods are duplicate. They have both a workshop version, and a local one. Where the local one has a more descriptive name (which I like).

Opening the folder of the 'non steam version' I saw there is a new folder structure (Arma 3->!Workshop->@modname). Is this a side effect of a restructured mod naming/foldering coming with Apex?
And should I just continue removing the duplicate 'non steam workshop' mods in my listing?

The ones that are not duplicate in the picture are the ones I already removed by the way.

Wizard on the steam community page told me to create a ticket. http://steamcommunity.com/app/107410/discussions/0/364043054115040555/?ctp=4#c365172547954138804

For some reason the drag and drop of the launcher log doesn't work, so putting them in my dropbox. Can that be added properly?

Hello,

could you please verify the version of you Launcher please: in the Options menu in Launcher are version of the game and Launcher. If you click on them, it will be copied to your Clipboard.

Launcher version: 1.5.137506

Game version: 1.62.137494

Branch: main / beta branch not specified

With the update yesterday the duplicate listing disappeared. So it's fixed now. Guess it was something with having the profiling build or so.

Still wondering how come things like ace where mentioned by their full name (Enhanced Combat Environment) in the duplicate listing, but are now back to "ace".

Correct you are, the issue was indeed caused by version mismatch.

Ad names: for Workshop mods Launcher display the name that is used for the Workshop item, for local mods it peeks into the mod for the name that is specified by the mod author.
