I was playing a game today on the OFPS CTI server and after about 3 or 4 hours I crashed. Every time I tried joining the game after that I'd crash with the same error as soon as I got past the initial loading screen.

If you notice the address is 0x54504544 which happens to be ASCII "TPED". Not sure where this string came from but maybe it's of use.
