Steps To Reproduce
Open Tanoa island in 3D editor (other islands are fine)
Place camera or unit on land close to sea level (by the shoreline)
Press the 'Intel' option and set 'Fog Start' to various levels
5% results in heavy fog, unable to see more than 200m away
10% is less than 50m visibility
anything over 20-30% can't see the ground at your feet
It would also be nice if the editor allowed full control of the values available by the setfog command [fogValue, fogDecay, fogBase] as opposed to a 0-100% slider
