The launcher is considered by steam as the game itself, therefor adding countless hours of gametime when the launcher is running minimized.

Steam should be looking for Arma 3 itself not Arma 3 launcher.

The same issue also happen when running a Arma 3 Server.

Also this cause the launcher to not open if the current computer is running an Arma 3 Server.
