The steam controller was working in earlier versions of dayz including .60 exp. Since it's release, however, I have been unable to use the controller at all. The controller won't even open the controller overlay screen. (The steam overlay still works just fine) A ticket to Steam support suggests it has something to do with how dayz renders the screen. Something different is keeping the steam controller overlay from working. Maybe something with the render or perhaps battleye? Anyway I know controller support must be added in the future since it will go to console some time in the future, but I would like to use the steam controller before that.
