Whenever I play DayZ, I'm constantly getting rubberbanded back to my previous location every few mins. This makes it extremely hard to go anywhere, and renders the game nearly unplayable for me. The rubberbanding will also teleport me in random directions as well, getting me lost from my friends constantly. I've only had this problem since DayZ was updated to .60 stable.

Simply logging into a server, and playing DayZ. The rubberbanding typically starts happening within a few minutes.
I have an old and rather slow internet connection, but I don't have this kind of problem in other games, and I hardly ever had this problem in .58 and .59 stable.
Event Timeline
You need cable network or better DSL 5 meg services will not handle the new render, and many other games today. It is simply the packetloss your getting. Do check out DSL reports and speedtest.net to help determine your speed. Anything below 20meg, 2up isn't worth playing games of this calber. You may have seen to run fine before but I bet you had loads of packetloss. Even try the shut down for 5 minutes on all devices, makes sure you test for packetloss on all your cables and you should be ok to know for sure.
