I actually got out of this exact place manually. Try crawling to the South-east corner closest to the ground, wiggle around a bit and try to make your head stick out of the floor. Once you have done so, log off and switch server. This is what I did and it magically spawned me back on the normal ground. (If you are on a private hive merely logging off and trying to spawn on ground level probably will not work, since I tried this also on the same server. Only after I switched server I ended up above ground)

I tried that a few thousand times.. Seems not to work. Are there any specific items I need to do it with? Or maybe with my fists up and not down?

having the same problem. attempting King3R's fix. I'm on pipsi's servers, which allows me to change server.

It worked - i respawned halfway out of the ground once, then .. for some reason, mis-walked? backwards. a little frustrated but a bit happy that i saw a change, i attempted the same fix, which was crawling right to the edge, as far as i could (couldn't see my head out of the ground at all, but yeah just crawling really hard) then leave the server, join the other. eventually respawned out of the ground again, when i 3rd person viewed i was halfway out of the ground then i just walked forwards and i was free.

Okay, I broke out- finally. I did it for a bit more time. It gave me a bug too, saying my character was unloadable and was reset. That frustrated me- then I retried it on another server getting the "BattlEye Client 1.238 Up-to-date" message.

So I finally tried it for the last time. I got out! Thanks for your assistance guys
