the passenger seat bug of the Y-32 Xi'an already has its own ticket: Y-32 Passenger Seating Bug. Please change the subject of your ticket.
For the future, please create some reproduction steps.
Even in this case (vehicle in vehicle issue) non-experienced users of Arma 3 will have the chance to reproduce these kind of issues if they don't know how to load/unload a vehicle in/from the V-44 Blackfish.
