if you place a building far away from an island, near the placement limit
then pick up a diver suit
you should be able to find three things:

• it's extremely difficult to go thru opened doors underwater
• if you use the zoom-out key, a building will disappear and reappear after you release it
• there is no option to climb from water to land objects (the only way is to use a ladder)
