[Apex RC] Night/infrared vision not working for helmets

Description

The night/infrared vision for the pilot helmets and special purpose helmets in RC no longer works. They simply don't turn on when you press N.

This bug is not present in the current dev branch. Only RC/Apex build

Sorry I'm on dev branch ATM...I'll check when the MB gap between dev and RC is small
