About half of the time you are downed with the new DEV branch revive system, you go into an animation of lying face down, and when you are revive, you are frozen in place in this position. Sometimes pressing the bipod button snaps you out of it but most of the time this occurs you're completely stuck. This forces you to either die and respawn, or have someone friendly shoot you to put you in the revive state again, to try to revive you to see if you get unstuck.
