as the title suggests the artillery will not fire what so ever and they will not fire while flying planes. Even when given a target to fire at the tanks will just drive away and the mortars will just sit there even when being fired upon. The planes will mere fly over their targets and will usually just get shot down. while flying in Tanoa AI pilots refuse to put down where they are told including airfields and will fly into mountain sides instead.
