Hello, for a while there has been a bug where you can get your character model to swim while on land, making it very hard to be shot. Players will exploit this bug, because it is basically cheating.

Steps To Reproduce
When you take a small item into your hand, such as, rags, batteries, food, etc, then swim into the water with the item in hand, once your character starts swimming when the water is deep enough, you remove item from hand, and swim back onto land. On your screen, you will appear running, but on others, you will appear swimming in ground, making it extremely difficult to be killed.
Additional Information
This bug is a very big problem in DayZ currently. I find people using in every server i join. It is very very over-used and cheap.
