Inconsistency in hearing of gunshot sounds. Friends in a close group report gunshots, I do not hear them. All other sounds are ok, can hear bullets land with a thud and sometimes the sonic click. Not the gunshot itself.
Has been an issue pretty much since release with no single patch completely addressing it.

Steps To Reproduce
- Join a server
- Play and get shot at.
- Not consistent, but 80% of the time for me.
Additional Information
There have been suggestions to try flushing the memory - that had weak remedial effect for me.
Some people think this is link to weapon modules/attachments not loading on the client, hence the gun does not register as a "gun" that can be fired.
