This is the second time this happens to me, I've also got the entire zip file with all the logs inside, it won't let me upload it here for some reason. (added it in additional information now)

I keep getting these freezes in-game, on singleplayer & multiplayer, when it freezes and I press multiple keys on my keyboard the game crashes with error code 0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION.

It's extremely annoying and I have no idea what it's being caused by, also, whenever I'm getting hit in-game by someone shooting at me, my game also freezes for like a second.
