Vehicles randomly respawn after usage.
was not experienced with "new" unused vehicles, but with used Ladas, Sedans and Busses
sometimes they despawn fast, just like "I looted a tent at the NWA and *bam* it's gone" and sometimes it tooks several hours.

only experienced it on our private server (fragnet), have not played public yet
