Sometimes Servers get really laggy and it takes up to 10 Seconds to get a response on an action or the drop down menu only show receiving...

Happend on various servers and at various times:
E.g. 2016-06-17 on 185.16.84.95:2302 around 18:00GMT+2

Sometimes I see a correlation between theses lags and a relative high ping (for my region the server gets up over 100)
Sometimes it just happens after some time playing and then it disappears again and sometimes it is all the time. One time I had the lags gone after the server restarted.
