When I was walking through this building looking for loot, my friends and I were logging out and I decided to go up the ladder (in the middle of the buiding) to look for loot - As I got to the top it seemed a little glitchy but was able to run around the catwalks and then about 3-4 seconds in of running I hear my legs breaking (I did not run off to the sides) and the message saying I was dead popped up. Not sure what caused it but maybe to little of walkway or just glitchy material?
