It seems like every other log in there will be a chance to have a glitch where if you look at a sedan moving (haven't had the issue with others yet) your frames will drop to 7-11 fps. Looking away will restore FPS. This happens while driving or riding in third person as well. Relog seems to fix the issue 9/10 times. Going to first person in the car will also fix the issue.
