Instantly became Hyperthermic without anything saying I was warming up. No Hot or Overheating status, just went straight to Hyperthermic. Nothing seems to work to cool off either. I've taken off all clothing, stayed wet, and maxed out hydration. Nothing gets rid of it.

Same here. Just got hit by it after reaching NWAF. Incidentally, I looted and equipped a high capacity vest just before having the problem.

I have the same probleme too, but after going in Weather, overething disapare, but be carfull, you have to go fast or you die by Hypotermia

Holding a heat pack doesn't work. Neither does taking antibiotics.
How do we get rid of overheating followed by hyperthermia????
