Ran into the TEC Office Building in the western/industrial part of Elektro and collapsed dead when reaching the ladder on the top floor inside the building, didn't get shot or anything. My friend had died the same way just before and I had gone to get his things back.

My friend ran to the ladder on the top floor of the building and collapsed dead, and I did the exact same thing, not sure if this happens every time or if we were just unlucky.
