Used game updater from arma3 tools and download the development branch to test tanoa but also have a normal Arma 3 ready... but if i start the 2nd arma with Arma3GU.exe it show in the main menu that Apex is loaded but if i go to editor and select Tanoa it say: "Steam need to download the DLC first"

Steps To Reproduce
- start game updater from arma 3 tools (stable)
- select dev branch
- download
- start per Arma3GU.exe
- main menu -> editor -> Tanoa
- get error "Steam need to download the DLC first"
