I have a amd 8350 : R9 390 and 8gb ram. ever so often I get screen tearig. Small blurry line across the screen and fps drops. my Fps maxs out at 77-78 and drops to 13-25 in towns. fps is all over the place. If I zoom in, it also stutters or if it seems when a new player or object comes into view.
