Step 1. Vehicle in Vicinity of Other Vehicle
Step 2. Vehicle is completely useless/ We blew up other vehicle in attempts to fix issue (didn't work)
Step 3. Each and every time we removed a tire the vehicle teleported nearby.
Step 4. After 10 - 20 times of recycling wheels the vehicle was far enough away from other vehicle to drive.

The LAUDA in this case was what my friends were driving, and a sedan is what rendered it useless.

Today I was playing with two friends Ninjayourself and BarelyInfected and we found this bug and solved it. After it got out of the bubble of the other car it drove wonderfully. So far in my experience and BarleyInfected as he explained to me this happens everytime. The vehicle revs but does not move.
