Yesterday when I logged back in with my 1pp character I had no status indicators at all. I ate and drank very much but no indicators showed up.
After that I got in two gun fights and was hit (the text message about the broken arm was displayed) but again no bleeding/fracture indicator was visible in the inventory. I lost a lot of blood in the fights but I did not recover any blood. Without status indicators it's hard to tell but I think I ate enough to be hydrated/energized.
