Also had this exact same issue just happen. Logged back in to my game and all I had left was my M4 (without attachements except for one 30 round magazine in the M4). All clothing,etc. was gone from my character.

bug is still in stable ruining the game

My friends and I have only ever experienced this bug while double gunning (gun on back and gun in hands) whilst logging out/in. Potential save for this is as soon as you log in and notice your naked is to log out immediately. This hasn't actually worked for us but I've heard of it working for some people. I can't say weather or not double gunning is definitively the reason but I'd say it's likely the main cause of it. It's pretty game breaking and should be remedied ASAP.

Had this happen to me and was going to report it. Double gunning isn't the cause. Happend did to me while single gunning. Logging in and out hasn't worked yet

just happened to me 2 times in about a half hour m4 with a clip is all i had then the second time i had the m4 but was still holding a mosin,, first time was after logging back in, second time was right after restart autolog

Server just reset and I log back into the same server to find myself holding my two rifles, no attachments and absolutely no clothes or additonal gear. I was about as geared up as one could get. I did try the immediate log out and back in, but no luck
