There is an issue where I cannot loot the weapon off a dead player who had it in their hands. It does not show up in vicinity, nor can I grab the one that is on the ground (as if its part of the dead body)

Steps To Reproduce
Have a player put a pistol in their hands.
Kill said player.
Attempt to loot pistol.
Additional Information
This has happened with other guns (such as rifles) before. But this happened yesterday.
Maybe its from going unconscious with a weapon in hand then being executed.
