Occasionally, I will encounter a zombie that has spawned on the roof of a small urban house. I've found no way to manually induce this bug. It has occured 2 times for me, and I'm sure it has occurred for others as well.

Only places I've seen it happen are on the outskirts of Cherno, as well as Elektro. It has probably happened other times as well and I just missed it.
