Played for more than 3-4 hours in Elektro, on NW0-2 EXP server and loot was not respawning, but when the server did it's official restart (in the chat), it respawned a lot of loot when it came back up. Also some buildings have no loot like: (mod old school, sometimes police station)

Steps To Reproduce
- Stay in Elektro for as long as possible and keep check of loot until the server restarts
- See if loot has been respawning during the uptime
- See how the loot is before the restart and after

Seems to be a server issue then, because I was stationed in Elektro for at least 4 hours waiting for loot to respawn, and it never did on NW0-2
